Zach's Game Day BG's BBQ Nachos

2 Pounds of Rotisserie chicken ( Main & Vine Market pull chicken)

1 Can (14-5 Ounce) Black Beans

Tortilla Chips

1 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

1 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese

6 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced

1 whole small Yellow Onion, Diced

1 Whole Avocado (Pitted and Diced)

Black Olives half (optional)

1/2 Cup Salsa (San Juan Salsa Co)

1 Cup BG's Gourmet BBQ Sauce

Sour Cream (optional)

1 Jalapeno pepper, Diced (optional)

Mix pulled Rotisserie chicken with BG's BBQ Sauce,

Black Beans and half of the onions, stir together, set aside.

Mix Roma Tomatoes, other half of the Onions, Olives Avocado, Jalapeno stir together, set aside.

How to build the Nachos; place a layer of tortilla chips on a platter or plate, top with a layer of chicken/beans mixture, then add all but 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese. Add another layer of chips and another layer of chicken/bean mixture, and the Moterey Jack cheese. Add a final layer of chicken/bean, then sprinkling of the remaining cheddar cheese.

Microwave in 45 second increments until the cheese is melted and bubbly. You can aslo place the platter into a 325-degree oven if it's heatproof. Leave until the cheese is melted.

Immediately sprinkle on tomatoes mixture and salsa.

Optional: Add dollops of sour cream around dish

BG would like to Thank Zach and Krystal for this GREAT Recipe
